Camera and lighting prepared for a filmed interview

If we already have your project brief, this is just about getting ready for the day: where to interview, what else to film and anything the crew needs to arrange.

Short notes are plenty. “Not sure yet” is fine. We’ll email your answers to you and the streamline team. Required questions are marked *.

01 / WHERE WE’LL FILM

Interview locations.

First, who is completing this and when are we filming?

Suggest any interview locations you think could work. A few options give us more to discuss when we next meet or on set.

A larger room is often better: it gives us space for the camera, lighting and some distance from the background. Think quiet and soft light too. Outdoor locations are harder to light and depend on the weather. If you suggest an outdoor location, please have an indoor backup. We’ll help choose the best option.

How your preparation is used

Streamline Media uses your answers to plan your shoot and sends the same plain-text summary to your supplied email and jarrod@streamlinemedia.com.au. Streamline Media stores a private copy of your notes for filming preparation and production records. Copies may also be held in email and hosting backups. Contact the streamline team to correct or remove your preparation.
